Middlesex County 4-H Ambassadors are continuing their focus on mental health and will be offering a teen mental health fair this May. In addition, they are managing an Instagram page geared toward providing positive messages related to mental health, tips for teens, and resources for those struggling with stress, anxiety and other issues. All posts are reviewed by 4-H staff and teens do not provide their own advice on any issues that should be handled by a professional.
