A voter may apply for a Vote by Mail ballot by mail up to 7 days prior to the election, or in person at the County Clerk’s Office, Bayard Street, New Brunswick, not later than 3:00 p.m. the day before the election. A voter’s actual Vote by Mail Ballot must be received at the County Clerk’s Office in New Brunswick not later than the close of polls on Election Day.

Open Public Finance Meetings/Public Budget Hearing

At the regularly planned meeting of the Woodbridge Township Board of Education, convening on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at Ross Street School #11, 110 Ross Street, Woodbridge, NJ. The Woodbridge Township Board of Education will hold an Open Public Finance portion of the meeting where the Board is scheduled to present the proposed 2024-2025 school budget. During the meeting, the Board will retire to Closed Session to discuss matters exempt from public discussion. Formal action will be taken.

The Woodbridge Township Board of Education announces that the open public budget hearing will take place on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Ross Street School #11, 110 Ross Street, Woodbridge, NJ. The Board may retire to Closed Session to discuss personnel matters. Formal action may be taken. Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order 173, there may be capacity limits on the number of people who may attend this Board Meeting in-person in order to maintain social distancing guidelines. As a result, the meeting will be streamed live on Channel 35 and those residents who are unable to attend in-person may e-mail their public comments to superintendent@woodbridge.k12.nj.us until the end of the Meeting.

The Woodbridge Township Board of Education plans to adopt the 2020-2021 Tentative Budget at their regularly scheduled Board of Education Meeting being held on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 6:00 p.m, at Avenel Middle School, 85 Woodbine Avenue Avenel, NJ. The Board will retire to Closed Session. Formal action will be taken.

The Woodbridge Township Board of Education announces that the public budget hearing will take place remotely on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. and hereby amends its annual meeting notice to reflect that the regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 30, 2020, will also be held remotely. To access the meetings, please visit the Board’s website on or before that time at   /o/wtsd the April 30, 2020 Board of Education Meeting, the Board will immediately retire to Closed Session. The Woodbridge Township Board of Education will hold a public hearing to discuss the 2018-19 school year budget on May 1, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at Avenel Middle School, 85 Woodbine Avenue, Avenel, NJ. A copy of the proposed budget and supporting documentation will be on file and open to the examination of the public at the office of the Business Administrator between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., until the date of the public hearing.
