ONLY elementary school students in the Woodbridge Township School District will follow scheduled early dismissal times beginning Monday, December 2nd through and including Friday, December 6th. Monday afternoon is an in-service day for teachers, while Tuesday, December 3rd to Friday, December 6th are designated for parent/teacher conferences. Full day Pre-K and Kindergarten through Grade 5 will be dismissed at 1:10 p.m. The morning Pre-K classes begin at 8:55 am and will be dismissed at 11:30 a.m. The afternoon Pre-K classes will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will be dismissed at 1:10 p.m. Aftercare will be available to eligible students.
Schools & offices will be closed starting Thursday, November 28th through and including Friday, November 29th for Thanksgiving Break. Schools & offices will reopen and classes will resume on Monday, December 2nd. Thank you.

Community of Caring Cereal Drive: As part of our Community of Caring initiative, Mawbey Street School #1 will be collecting cereal boxes during the week of May 15th. Students are asked to bring in the donation to their classroom teacher. All donations that are collected will be delivered to a local food bank, We Feed Woodbridge.

The Woodbridge Township School District has made the commitment to implement universal screening to all students enrolled in Grade 1 with regard to eligibility for our Gifted and Talented programs. The district has chosen the CogAT ability test as one measure to identify our students who would benefit from enrichment or support in areas they may demonstrate an early readiness to achieve in.
