December Spirit Week
Our basketball season opens up on Thursday, November 30th. Below are a few protocols that students/spectators must follow if they plan on attending the game.
Students must leave school property at dismissal. The doors for the game will open for families and students at 3:50 p.m. All spectators must enter through door # 4 by the gym. If the visiting team arrives on time, the game will start at 4 p.m.
Students must have their Avenel Middle School I.D. on them in order to enter.
Spectators are limited to current AMS students, the visiting team's students, and the families of players.
No food or drink is permitted in the gymnasium.
Games end approximately at 5:00 p.m. If you are picking up your child from the game, please be prompt.

Wishing our AMS Community a happy and peaceful summer break! This is just a reminder that the main office will be open from 6/22 - 6/30 between the hours of 8 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. From 7/5 - 8/18 the main office will be open Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. The district is closed on Fridays. From 8/21 - 8/31 the main office will be open Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

The end of the school year is quickly approaching! The following schedule will be in place for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year: 6/14 - 6/21 is early dismissal for all schools. All schools will be closed on 6/19.
