It is normal to feel a bit anxious about the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) | CDC
Keeping hands clean through improved hand hygiene is one of the most important steps we can take to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others. Not only the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) | CDC but many diseases and conditions are spread by not washing hands with soap and clean, running water. If soap and water are unavailable, the CDC recommends the use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers with greater than 60% ethanol or 70% isopropanol as the preferred form of hand hygiene in healthcare settings.
According to CDC, the single most important thing we can do to keep from getting sick and spreading illness to others is to clean our hands. Try creating your own handwashing poster by following the link:
