*If your child will be absent or late please call our attendance line (732) 568-5639 by 9:00AM*.

Be specific as to the reason for students absence.

Any student coming into school late (after the 9:05am bell) MUST be signed in by a parent or guardian. Please be prepared to show ID before entering our building.

Please provide a note...

1. From a physician if your child is absent due to medical reasons. This will allow us to update his/her attendance records accordingly.

2. If you know in advance that your child will be leaving school early

3. If you are going to take your child out for lunch

4. If someone else, other than you, is going to pick up your child

5. If a bus student is not going on the bus (be sure to specify who is picking the child up)

Coats, Jackets, Sweaters:

As the weather permits, students will be going outside during recess. We ask that during seasonal weather, parents make sure students are wearing outerwear to school so they may participate in recess outside.

**Parent Portal: Parents must complete all required sections in the portal, including the forms section, in order to view your child's grades and report card(s) throughout the school year. You also have the opportunity to add telephone numbers, emergency contacts, input health information, permission for photographing/video taping of your child, etc...

Note: removing information must be requested in writing to our school office.

Also, remember to visit School Messenger to update any information (the school does not have access to your account).

September 2 - Beginning of 2020-2021 School Year. Full Day of Classes.

Chartwells Breakfast & Lunch will be served.

Parents should add $ on line to credit your child's Myschoolbucks.com website account.

If you are not purchasing lunch please be sure to provide your child with a lunch from home.

Please check your students back packs for our beginning of the year packet.

Hot Lunch/Milk service will begin on September 5th. With Regards to our Breakfast, Lunch, Milk, Pizza Program:

** All students who will be receiving breakfast/lunch/milk should submit payment to the Chartwells Representative during lunch or you, the parent, should add $ on line to credit your child's Myschoolbucks.com website account.

**Breakfast must be pre-ordered for the whole month. If you are adding $ to your child's account for monthly Breakfast, the parent must call Chartwells to advise them that the money added is for breakfast.

**Parents should visit the district web page for the monthly menu and pizza dates.

CENTRAL REGISTRATION: Student Registration: By Appointment Only. KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION will begin February 3, 2020.

Please call 732-568-5635 to schedule an appointment to register your student entering Elementary School - Kindergarten, & Grades 1 - 5. (no walk-ins - by appointment only)

**Note: kindergarten child must be 5 years old by October 31.

At Your Registration Appointment: You will need to present your student's medical record, proof of residency (tax bill or deed if you own - or - lease if you are a renter) and a current utility bill, along with a transfer card from the current school for those entering from out of district.

*All documents must be presented in order to complete the registration process for the student.
