• Dear Parents... 
    Your child's junior year is tremendously important.  Not to minimize the importance of the other high school years, but the junior year is when critical decisions will be made, mostly having to do with college and other post-high school plans.  At the center of this, is their academic performance.  Maintaining good grades is more important than ever.   
    As for seniors, this is the year to stay on task and not lose focus.  Senioritis is often a problem, however your seniors must know that this is not the time to "take is easy," but rather see to it that they conclude their high school career on a high note, thereby smoothing their transition to whatever awaits them.
