    Our theme this year is "In a world where you can be anything, be kind."

    Tuesday - 2nd. floor helpline representatives will be available. Also learn how to identify your trusted adult.

    Wednesday - Learn about coping strategies, mindfulness, and stress relievers. Join Ms. Vuksonovich in room 139 for a yoga lesson.

    Thursday - Representatives from the Woodbridge Domestic Violence Response Team will be available with pamphlets and information.

    Friday - Learn about nutrition and diet from a nutritionist from Hackensack Meridian Hospital. Pick up copies of recipes for comfort foods and healthy snack. Join the Youth Council members for smoothie samples outside room 124.

    There will be a spring track meeting today the 14th. at 2:40 in room D-19 for anyone who can run fast, jump high, run far and throw far! Don't forget, winners do winning things all the time! Be on time!!! Go Barrons!!!

    3. Interested in playing tennis for the 2019 spring season? There will be a brief informational meeting Wednesday February 6th. after school in D-3. Any boys tennis player interested is required to attend this meeting. Any questions see Coach Mortensen.

    Informational meeting , NEXT MONDAY, February 4th. @ 2:45pm in the auditorium. For auditions, NEXT FRIDAY, February 8th. @ 3pm in the auditorium/rm. 150  We need 3 Senior Solo performance artists who are welcome to audition-actors (drama/musical theatre), dancers, singers, musicians, comedians, magicians, etc.

    Our three finalists will compete against the other regional High School finalists in the Avenel Performing Arts Center Talent Scholarship event on April 29, 2019 to be considered for 1 of 4 monetary scholarships to be issued directly to the college or university of the winners in September 2019:
