Every day, immediately after school, student vendors will be set up in the lobby selling beautiful crafts, and other gifts for the holiday season. Be sure to stop by and get a unique, artisan-crafted gift to show the people in your life how much you care about them. See Mr. Hutchinson if you have any questions.

Attention interested vendors for the Etsy @ CHS Holiday Bazaar: please make sure you fill out the Google form on Mr. Hutchinson’s schoolwires page to indicate your interest in selling next week. The cost is $10 for a half table and $20 for a full table - please have that money ready on Monday, December 9th. Otherwise, any money that you make selling your goods is yours to keep. The weather is getting colder, meaning it's the perfect time to curl up with a good book! If you're searching for the perfect winter weather read, join the CHS Book Club! Our next meeting is on Wednesday, December 11th in room 225. We'll be discussing the book Let It Snow by John Green. For more information, please see Ms. O'Neill or Mrs. Ferreiro.

Attention all students - Student Council and Interact Club would like to announce the return of the Holiday Movie Night. This year it will take place on Wednesday, December 18th in the auditorium here at CHS - doors open at 5:45p and the movie will start at 6:30pm. There will be delicious refreshments for sale in the lobby. So plan to take a break from holiday shopping and get in the winter spirit. Oh, and one last thing, YOU will have a say in which movie will be aired. Be on the lookout for a survey that will give you a chance for your voice to be heard coming soon. Holiday Movie Night. Anyone wishing to participate in the upcoming African American History Month program must attend a meeting on Monday, December 9th in room 203 or Thursday, December 12th at 2:40 in room 226. We will be assigning different parts and roles so your attendance in mandatory. If you have any questions please see Dr. Ferris or Mr. Long.

The Etsy @ CHS Holiday Bazaar is finally here. Starting today and running through Thursday, immediately after school in the lobby, you will be able to purchase homemade gifts crafted by our very own CHS students. Movie night is fast approaching. That’s right, students, the student council and Interact clubs will be hosting our holiday movie night this Wedensday night. Our showing - as voted on by the student body - will be Elf starring Will Ferrell. So, make smiling your favorite and join us on Wednesday night - there will be plenty of tasty treats on sale. Doors open at 5:45pm and the movie starts around 6:30pm. Tickets are $5 dollars presale - on sale during lunches today, tomorrow, and Wednesday. Otherwise, they’re $8 at the door. All proceeds will be donated to our local community.
