    Welcome to Room 206

Welcome to our 2nd grade class! I would like to welcome you and your child to the second grade! There are many exciting activities planned for the students in the 2019-2020 school year. I’m a Kean University graduate who loves teaching each and every one of your children. I will be working with Mrs. Weitz this year and I am excited to be at Ross Street School this year!

I hope that your experience, as well as your child’s, is nothing but enjoyable and enlightening. I want everyone to be able to walk out of room #206 and be proud of themselves and think of this year, 2nd grade, as the best year yet. We can only reach this goal if we work together. I'm willing to do anything and everything to make this year fun and successful, but I need your help and support. I'm eager to work as a "teacher and parent team" to help make your child's overall learning experience a positive and challenging one! Remember, the educational process beings at home. To help build on that education, we need a "helping hand" from home- that hand belongs to you! I can always be reached at debra.engelke@woodbridge.k12.nj.us

    Thank you
