    Yoga Club will be held every Wednesday after school from 2:45-3:45 in Rm. 143.  All staff (only) are welcome to attend!  It will consist of a meditative flow yoga class that will reduce stress and restore your energy within.  A consistent yoga practice has been scientifically proven to reduce or diminish the effects of asthma, lower back pain, arthritis, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and high blood pressure.  It also helps to improve your body composition, strength, balance, and stamina, while burning calories at the same time!  All fitness levels are welcome and modifications will be shown if needed!
