Mr. Kevin Perdoni

    Mr. Perdoni holds a Bachelors degree in Music Education and a Masters degree in School Administration from Rowan University.  He began his teaching career in 2003 at Woodbridge Township Schools #21, #25, and #9 before being promoted to Colonia High School in 2005.  Mr. Perdoni proudly conducts the Wind Ensemble, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Pit Band, and Marching Band at CHS.  In 2012 he co-founded the Woodbridge Township Honors Band, bringing together the best musicians from all three Woodbridge Township high schools.  

   In 2013, Mr. Perdoni was selected to pilot the A.P. Music Theory class, of which he also wrote the curriculum and served as committee chairperson.  That same year, he was also instrumental in securing a multi-year grant from Jazz House Kids which enabled the students to work with professional jazz musicians such as Lee Hogans and Bruce Williams.  He is currently a member of the School Improvement Panel (ScIP), and PARCC planning team. He also serves as a technology liaison.

       Mr. Perdoni performs regularly as a freelance trumpet player throughout NJ and is also a member of the Princeton Brass Band, NABBA, NafME, and NJMEA.  In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, coaching soccer & softball, and traveling.  He and his wife, Erin, have three daughters.
