New laws now allow voting by Mail Ballot for any reason.
A voter may apply for a Vote by Mail ballot by mail up to 7 days prior to the election, or in person at the County Clerk’s Office, Bayard Street, New Brunswick, not later than 3:00 p.m. the day before the election.
A voter’s actual Vote by Mail Ballot must be received at the County Clerk’s Office in New Brunswick not later than the close of polls on Election Day.
