We would like to extend a warm welcome to you and your children for the 2011 – 2012 school year at Fords Middle School. The PTO is dedicated to the education of all our students in school, at home, and in the community. Our organization is made up of parents, just like you, who volunteer their time and energies for the welfare of our children. The key to our success is volunteerism, and we need your help! Family members such as grandparents, aunts, and uncles are also encouraged to become involved. The PTO is supported wholeheartedly by our principal, Mr. Lottmann, our Vice Principal, Mr. Sealander, and all the faculty and staff of FMS. We work together to ensure an excellent learning experience for all.

The entry fee is $10.00. Children will walk for an hour and a half and receive water bottles and homework passes. We hope that by having a successful walkathon, we will not need to have any other fundraisers during the school year. Also, we hope that this will show the importance of exercise and healthy living. Forms will also be at OPEN HOUSE and can be printed here from the PTO website. Simply complete the form, then send it and the entrance fee in with your child in an envelope addressed to the FMS PTO.
