Martin Joseph Scarano

Martin Joseph Scarano was born on March 30, 1969 in Edison, New Jersey. He spent his entire childhood in Woodbridge. After graduating from Woodbridge High School in 1987, Mr. Scarano attended Richard Stockton State College. In 1991, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Mr. Scarano then went on to earn a Teacher of the Handicapped certification from Kean University. During the summer of 1995, Mr. Scarano was hired as special education teacher at Woodbridge High School. He also coached both soccer and basketball for six years. Mr. Scarano received a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Kean University in 2001. During the same year, Mr. Scarano was named the Athletic Director at Woodbridge High School. Mr. Scarano moved to the main office in 2005 as Vice Principal of Woodbridge High School.

Presently, Mr. Scarano lives in Allentown, NJ with his wife (Judy) and two sons (Alec and Justin). His interests include: running, skiing, camping, reading (Mr. Scarano has been reading National Geographic for over twenty-five years), traveling and soccer. Someday, Mr. Scarano hopes to become Principal of a High School.
